Thank you for venturing into the wild world of Bigfoot Seekers! We hope your Bigfoot-themed treasures bring you joy, but if something doesn’t quite measure up to your mythical expectations, we’ve got you covered. Check out our return policy below for all the details:
Returns:
- Eligibility: If your Bigfoot-inspired purchase doesn’t live up to the legend, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Just make sure the item is unused, in its original condition, and still in its original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: We can’t accept returns on personalized or custom-made items, or items marked as non-returnable in the product description. Unfortunately, we can’t let those unique pieces go!
How to Return:
- Reach out to us at bigfootseekershop@gmail.com and let us know you’re ready to return your item. Provide your order number and a brief reason for the return (we’d love to hear about your Bigfoot adventures!).
- Once we confirm your return, we’ll send you instructions on how to send the item back.
- The cost of return shipping is on you unless the item arrived broken, defective, or we made an error in your order (we do our best to avoid Bigfoot-sized mistakes).
Refunds:
- After we receive the returned item, we’ll check it out and process your refund. Please give us 7-10 business days to process your refund back to the original payment method.
- If the item is not in its original condition, we may issue a partial refund. No one wants a Bigfoot with a broken toe!
Exchanges:
- Looking for something different? No problem! Just return the item and place a new order for your Bigfoot dreams to come true.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, reach out to us immediately with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right with a full refund or exchange—no need to chase Bigfoot to get the best service.
