Processing Time

Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.

You’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your order heads out.


Shipping Rates

We offer simple, flat-rate shipping within the United States based on total package weight:

• 0–5 lb: $5.95
• 5.1–20 lb: $11.95
• 20–70 lb: $19.90

Free shipping automatically applies to orders over $50.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
You can also track your order on our Track Us Down page.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked “Delivered” but you can’t find it:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management

  2. Look around porches, mailboxes, and alternate drop spots

  3. Wait 24 hours (carriers often mark early)

  4. Contact USPS or UPS directly

  5. Email us if the carrier cannot locate it

We will do everything we can to help.


Damaged Orders

If something arrives damaged, email us at support@bigfootseeker.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:

  • A photo of the damaged item

  • A photo of the packaging

  • Your order number

We’re happy to replace or refund damaged items.


Incorrect Address

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.
